Information you choose to share.
When you request a showing, a home valuation, matching homes, a guide, or a consultation, HomesRX receives the contact details and other information you enter. This may include your name, email, phone number, property address, home details, and message.
Requests are saved in a private broker inbox and used to respond to your inquiry and assist with the services you request. Please do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers, financial documents, or other sensitive records in a website form.
Email alerts.
HomesRX receives email alerts through its connected Outlook account. Alerts contain the inquiry type, reference number, submission time, and a link to the private broker inbox. Client names, contact details, property addresses, and messages remain in the private inquiry record and are not included in the alert.
Website activity counts.
The website counts submitted requests and clicks on contact, valuation, home search, and showing links by page. These activity counts do not include your name, email address, message, or URL query parameters. Contact-button tracking is skipped when your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal or the Do Not Track preference.
The application uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit automated requests. It does not save the raw network address in its inquiry or activity tables. Expired rate-limit records are removed during subsequent requests. Website hosting providers may process technical request information as part of operating and securing the service.
Links and broker sign-in.
Links to Google, Zillow, listing sources, and community resources open services with their own privacy practices. The broker inbox uses ChatGPT sign-in; visitors do not need to sign in to browse this website or submit an inquiry.
